Ian Maxwell was my physical therapist and he was amazing! Ian and the team were not only patient while I struggled through my ankle injury but they also pushed me to get back to my old activities. Ian was also incredibly knowledgeable when I had questions and provided positive feed back when I struggled to get my strength back. I’ve come here for two separate and very different injuries and have experienced nothing but exceptional care. I originally switched to here from a Spear location and found it to be incomparably better. Matt and Sophia are really attentive and knowledgeable, and know exactly how to adjust a session’s programming based on how you’re doing. Across the collective 5 months I’ve spent coming here they have also answered the dozens of questions I’ve had so I’ve always felt really informed (about what’s happening, why we do certain things, and what’s next). Hopefully I do not suffer too many more injuries in the future but if I did I’d always come back!

This is such a great place to receive physical therapy! I've used other places before, but this time I was mainly looking for a place that was close to work for me. Being that Ivy was less than 1/2 mile away, I chose them. I am glad I did, as the people at this location are fantastic! My need for physical therapy stemmed from injuries due to a deer/vehicle accident – Ivy worked with my auto insurance and never asked me to pay up front & get reimbursed or for a back up payment method on file. When you step inside, you are greeted by Brooklyn, who always welcomes everyone by name with a smiling face & great attitude. The facility looks very professional and up to date. All three therapists, Emily, Kyle & Hayley are all fantastic and put their own personal touch & wisdom into their treatment. They also strive to engage patients in many ways… a question of the week, March-Madness brackets & mind bender puzzles over the machines to occupy your mind instead of focusing on the work-out. If you need physical therapy, I highly recommend checking out the Comstock Park Ivy Rehab facility! You will be impressed with the kindness & professionalism of the staff and the service you receive.

I just finished 8 weeks of PT at Ivy, and I highly recommend. I genuinely started to enjoy going. I was mainly with Abhishek, and he was very professional but also easy to get along with and kind. He made therapy really fun! I had Maria for a few sessions, as well, and I feel the same about her. I could tell they both enjoyed their jobs and helping people. Each session is leave and felt like I could feel my back getting stronger and stronger each time. By the end, I 100% feel a difference in my strength and stability from the care I received. I’ll recommend them to anyone!!

Ivy is the only place you should go for recovery. From their knowledgeable, friendly, reception staff that will go above and beyond for you. To their PT assistants, This is the place . I have been there many times for myself and for my husband. Starting with my torn rotator cuff ( Kiersten) together we avoided surgery. Excellent care. Returned for pre-op PT with Joe and was completely ready for Total Hip Replacement Surgery. Then came the Coup de grâce , the best of the best MATT MOSKOWITZ., for post op THR. He is completely hands on, caring and total professional. He will guide you through every step of your recovery. My recovery was close to miraculous . Thank you Matt for everything. After years of dealing with increasing hip pain, especially this past winter, my orthopedist recommended physical therapy to help strengthen my hip and improve my mobility. When I called Synergy, the receptionist took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and thoughtfully recommended Dr. Hayley Stewart for my treatment. Working with Dr. Stewart has been one of the best healthcare experiences I have had. Her knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care were evident from the very beginning. She designed exercises specifically for my needs and carefully taught me how to do them properly so I could strengthen my body without causing further injury. Thanks to her guidance and encouragement, I am now pain free and continue to practice the exercises at home. After hip replacement I had a hard time walking without a cane or a limp. Joe & Holly are phenomenal therapists; they ask questions and listen to me and address my needs on an individual basis. I love how they get to know you & are conscious of my overall needs not just my hip. My progress has been steady and I love seeing the improvement after every visit. All four of my kiddos have received therapy services at this location and we have had an amazing experience. We’ve done speech and physical therapy and every therapist has been a joy to work with and my kids look forward to coming. We’ve loved seeing the progress each child has made. Scheduling is easy and they almost always have availability soon (sometimes within days, almost always within a week or two). This is significantly less than the other big local name for these services. Billing has always been handled well and anytime there’s been a small issue it’s been taken care of quickly and easily. We highly recommend!

Everyone at Excel was excellent. I worked primarily with Aaron who was a great PT to work with. I came in on crutches after my 3rd surgery for the same injury and Aaron helped tailor my recovery to my needs recovering from ACL and ankle surgery. I’m finishing my time at Excel feeling much stronger and ready to go back to dancing after 2.5 years!
