Job Hazard Analysis

There may be problem areas in your workplace that you aren't even aware of. By listening to and watching employees do their everyday jobs, we can locate and modify potential hazard areas and make changes before injury occurs.

You may be hearing complaints from workers or experiencing problems with particular teams, or even an entire department. The on-site Job Hazard Analysis is an in-depth evaluation aimed at identifying risk factors caused by worker behaviors, the layout of the work station, tools, or equipment being used. We carefully watch the worker(s) perform and study how they interact with their space and equipment.

The result is a detailed report of problem areas along with specific recommendations on improving worker behaviors, modifying tools and/or equipment, assembly methods, work station setup, and so on. In many cases, even minor modifications can reduce health risks and help your people work more comfortably and at peak performance.
